Former RHOBH Star Yolanda Hadid is Accusing Zayn Malik of Assault

Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Hadid is accusing her daughter Gigi's boyfriend Zayn Malik of physically assaulting her inside a New York apartment. Sources close to Yolanda say she is adamant the former One Direction star struck her last week. Hadid is considering filing a police report at the incident but has yet to go to the authorities.

Zayn is already firing back at the allegations and posted a lengthy statement on his Instagram Story. The singer does not deny that an incident went down but refutes the claim he hit anyone. "In an effort to protect that space for my daughter I agreed to not contest claims arising from an argument I had with a family member of my partner's who entered our home while my partner was away several weeks ago," he wrote. Zayn added, "This was and still should be a private matter but it seems for now there is divisiveness and despite my efforts to restore us to a peaceful family environment that will allow for me to co-parent my daughter in a manner in which she deserves, this has been 'leaked' to the press.

UPDATE 10-29-21:  According to TMZ, the incidient occurred at Gigi and Zayn’s home in Pennsylvania on September 29. Zayn allegedly said to Yolanda, “Stay away from MY fucking daughter!", and then called her a fucking Dutch slut. He then allegedly yelled, “The fucking sperm came out of MY fucking cock.”.  However, no context was given to that statement. Zayn also allegedly shoved Yolanda into a dresser, which documents state have caused her “Mental anguish and physical pain.” However, he denies any physical contact.

Malik has pleaded no contest to the charges, though his plea was entered as a guilty plea, according to the documents. Malik is required to serve 90 days of probation for each of the four counts, resulting in 360 total days of probation.  He must also complete an anger management class and a domestic violence program, and is barred from having contact with Yolanda or McMahon. His probation will end if he goes six months without any violations. A real keeper that one.
