Stassi Says Jax Made Working Difficult and Would Ruin Scenes

Perhaps shedding a little light on why have "unfollowed" each other on social media, former Vanderpump Rules star, Stassi Schroeder, isn't holding back on  her opinions about co-star and former lover, Jax Taylor.

In a recent appearance on The Skinny Confidential Him & Her, podcast (does Bethenny know about this?).  When asked which of her former Vanderpump Rules castmates would ruin the fun of filming the most, Stassi didn't hesitate, and answered that it was Jax.  She explained, "Jax would try to cancel scenes and ruin them for other people ... yeah, he made working difficult". Then, when one of the podcast hosts insinuated that Jax was “unhinged,” Stassi came to his defense and clarified, “Yes, but unhinged can be fun!”.  Stassi would know; after all, she and Jax dated for three years when the show first aired. Though their dynamic clearly didn’t last in the long run, they certainly made for good television prior to leaving the show.

Although they were officially married in September of 2020, the Clarks recently flew overseas for an elaborate wedding in Italy.  Their original plans needed to be postponed due to the coronavirus plannedemic, so when international travel re-opened, Stassi and Beau were able to resume their plans but had to make serious decisions about their guestlist.

Stassi revealed that the wedding was supposed to be on Vanderpump Rules,” so therefore, Bravo was paying.  But those plans obviously changed when she was fired from the show.  “Bravo didn’t pay for this shit ... we had to cut 70 percent of the guest list because it’s too expensive.  So now it's  a 35-person wedding in Rome in a location that’s meant for a shit ton of people.  But honestly, everyone’s been pretty understanding,”.  She concluded, "We sent out an email, like, ‘Yo, times are tough, we can’t have a 200-person wedding. This doesn’t mean that we don’t like you, but you’re not part of my 35 top people.". I guess that was supposed to make them feel better, but personally, I would have been relieved.

As for her potential return to reality tv, Stassi says she would only do it again if she had management over the narrative. “I’ve been requested lots and I’ve had these conversations and I’ve struggled with the truth that my reply is ‘I don’t know.’ I really like my life a lot proper now and I understand how reality TV disrupts your life and it places you in conditions that you’d usually not be in.”
