One Step Forward, Two Steps Back
Justices Roberts and Kavanaugh sided the Biden Administration in allowing Joe Biden to further weaken US immigration policy by flooding the US Southern border with millions of more illegal aliens.
President Trump initiated a law that forced migrants crossing the US Southern border who "claim" they are seeking asylum remain in Mexico until their cases were reviewed by US Courts (because they rarely show up for their court dates). Now that law has been overturned. Dementia Joe is obviously following in the foot steps of his former boss who said he wanted to "change the American landscape" #ethnic cleansing.
But the day in politics hasn't been a complete failure. In another landmark ruling, the Supreme Court has decided that the Clean Air Act is no longer an appropriate vehicle for the EPA to curtail greenhouse gas emissions from power plants. The ruling sides with conservative lawmakers, states, and the fossil fuel industry to reduce the impact and authority of the EPA. In short, the Supreme Court ruling reins in the EPA, which is a blow to Biden’s extreme "Climate Change" agenda
The move is a win for the nation’s energy production, and limits the ability of Biden to stop or end fossil fuel production by the United States oil industry under the guise of the "Climate Change" hoax.
As you may know, it started back in the Obummer days, and now Dementia Joe has been taking aim at America's largest oil field, threatening to stop production, sending gas prices $oaring. In 2015, Curious George went further, using the Clean Air Act to mandate a new set of regulations for U.S. power plants called the Clean Power Plan.
