The Umanskys Are Now Wealthier Than the Todds

 

The ‘Real Housewives’ have WAY more money than many fans thought.  Some have made their own money (Bethenny), but most have married into wealth (any BH housewife) and that includes Lisa Vanderpump who married the already established and much older Ken Todd. Lisa's exit cleared the way for the franchise's new reigning queen Kyle.

 

But when it comes to the wealthiest women in the franchise, fans may be surprised to learn who cracks the top ten. Here is a list of the top 16 richest itches in the series which has been hermetically sealed in a mayonaise jar in Funk & Wagnall's port since noon today.

 

16. Ramona Singer — $18 million.

Before she joined the cast of Real Housewives of New York, Ramona Singer earned a fashion degree and had a career in the fashion industry.  She worked at Macy’s, Calvin Klein, and French Connection. She’s also had a number of business ventures, including her own retail shop, a skincare line, and a line of pinot grigio.

 

15. Shannon Beador — $20 million

Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador comes in at number nine with an estimated net worth of $20 million. According to Champagne and Shade, Beador made a good chunk of money from a successful business, as well as her salary from RHOC. Though most of her wealth came from her ex-husband, David Beador.

 

14. Luann de Lesseps — $25 million

The Real Housewives of New York star has had some rough times financially in recent years. But de Lesseps still has plenty of money in the bank. Despite dealing with a lawsuit and selling her $8 million home, de Lesseps has an estimated net worth of $25 million. De Lesseps made her money by working as a model and a television host, writing books, and recording music. She’s also touring her Countess and Friends cabaret show.

 

13. Kandi Burruss — $30 million

Years before Kandi got her peach, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star built her own fortune in the music industry. Her estimated net worth is $30 million after singing with the R&B group Xscape and writing for a number of different acts. Including TLC, Pink, and Destiny’s Child.

 

12. Heather Dubrow — $40 million

Miss Fancy Pants is back on Real Housewives of Orange County, and she is the richest OC cast member on the list. With an estimated net worth of $40 million. Dubrow has worked as an actress, starring in popular series like That’s Life and Hawaii Five-0. She’s also married to plastic surgeon Terry Dubrow, who has his own reality series, Botched

 

11. Yolanda Hadid -- $45 million

Few Housewives are as fabulous, powerful and iconic as Dutch model Hadid. Born Yolanda van den Herik, she was famously married to Mohamed Hadid and is the mum of Gigi and Bella, who also appeared on the show.Hadid appeared as series regular from season three to 6, and was married to uber successful musician David Foster at the time. The pair split in 2017, and in 2020 Hadid announced she was in a relationship with Joseph “Joey” Jingoli, the CEO of a construction and development company.

 

10. Sutton Stracke — $50 million

Stracke just got her diamond this past season, and her net worth fits right in with the rest of the cast. For 16 years, Sutton was married to financier Christian Stracke, the managing director and global head of the credit research group at PIMCO. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has a net worth of $50 million, but she didn’t know the extent of her wealth until going through divorce proceedings in 2016.

 

9. Margaret Josephs — $50 million

Back in the 1990s, Margaret Josephs started her first fashion label, The Macbeth Collection. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star has been expanding her clothing empire ever since, and has amassed a fortune of $50 million. Her latest project is the book Caviar Dreams, Tuna Fish Budget: How to Survive in Business and Life.

 

8. Dorit Kemsley — $50 million

Dorit Kemsley also has a net worth of $50 million, thanks to her swimwear line and her husband Paul “PK” Kemsley’s vast fortune. Together, the couple owns and operates the Nixxi Entertainment talent agency. Of course, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star also earns a massive salary from Bravo.

 

7. Camille Grammer -- $50 million

Grammer has been on and off The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills since the show premiered in 2010, being married to actor Kelsey Grammer at the time, with whom she shares two children. Kelsey filed for divorce in 2011, and the entire saga was shared in the early seasons. After two full-time seasons of RHOBH, Grammer left the show as an official cast member. Fortunately for fans, she has appeared as a guest or a “friend” in almost every season since.

 

6. Adrienne Maloof -- $50 million

The businesswoman, socialite, television personality and shoe designer was a permanent fixture on the show for the first three seasons, and has made multiple appearances since. Maloof and hubby Paul Nassif called it quits in 2013 soon after she was fired from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for not showing up for the season three reunion. Their messy divorce was splashed all over the press, but these days they’re in a happy place as co-parents of their children, and can even still be spotted on the red carpet together. The Maloof family still owns a part of the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, are minority owners of the Vegas Golden Knights NHL team, and Adrienne herself owns a hangover supplement, Never Too Hungover.

 

5. Bethenny Frankel -- $70 million

She earned her net worth primarily from the sale of her Skinnygirl cocktail company and various stints on reality television. Bethenny graduated from New York University with degrees in Psychology and Communications.

 

4. Lisa Vanderpump -- $90 million

Lisa Vanderpump abruptly left the show in 2019, midway through season 9. Lisa and hubby Ken Todd made most of their fortune thanks to their highly successful restaurant, bar and club business, and were not afraid to flash their vast wealth. While some may miss her antics in Beverly Hills, Vanderpump continues to entertain viewers through spin-off show Vanderpump Rules, which is set in West Hollywood restaurant/bars, SUR and Tom Tom.

 

3. Kyle Richards — $100 million

Kyle Richards began her acting career when she was just six years old, working as a child actor on Little House on the Prairie. She started amassing her own fortune early in life, but she also comes from a very wealthy family. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has her own boutique line called Kyle Alene Too. Her husband also owns The Agency, a luxury real estate company. The Halloween Kills star is number two on the list with an estimated net worth of $100 million.

 

2. Carlton Gebbia -- $120 million

Here’s one no one  saw coming. British addition Gebbia only lasted for one shaky season (thank you Kyle), and has largely remained low-key since then, but she secretly became one of the richest women to ever appear on the show. The self-proclaimed witch (a practicing Wiccan) lived in a castle when we last saw her in 2014. Since then, the wife, mother and businesswoman has run several family businesses alongside now divorced hubby David, including financial services and a high-end custom home development company.  There is a certain irony to the fact that her wealth exceeds Kyle's.

 

1. Kathy Hilton — $350 million

Kathy Hilton doesn’t hold a diamond, but she is presently appearing on the show and appeared in practically every episode in her Freshman season, so she not only makes, but tops the list.  Hilton married hotel and real estate mogul Rick Hilton in 1979. In the 80s and 90s, she ran her own gift and antique stores and launched her own line on the QVC home shopping network. Other business ventures include a line of party dresses and a fragrance called “My Secret.”.  Her latest venture is home building and design, and the spec home that was featured on the show last season just hit the market for a cool $55M.
