Housewife Bikini Babes
Real Housewives Mash-Up (still only a working title) shared several photos this week. With the exception of Kenya and Cynthia, who at one point packed on the pounds, Melissa, Teresa, Kyle, Luann and Ramona obviously took full advantage of the downtime that the pandemic afforded them, because they are rocking bikini bods that women half their ages would envy. But as the photos prove, Cynthia and Kenya (with a little surgical help) eventually got it together as well.
Kyle Richards, 52, Teresa Giudice, 48, Melissa Gorga, 42, Luann de Lesseps, 55, Ramona Singer, 64, Kenya Moore, 50, and Cynthia Bailey 54, are currently filming the highly anticipated special (also known as Real Housewives Mash-up). Several of the ladies posted various teases about the trip on their social media. According to The Sun, creators originally planned for a larger cast, but had to cut back due to COVID-19 "protocol". Didn’t fame ho’ pandemic expert Dr. Fauci tell us that the hot sun and heat kills the virus?
Reportedly, the largest house the show could book is seven bedrooms, also due to COVID protocols (apparently sharing a room is not an option). Also, "This is not the ideal cast that Bravo wanted but due to scheduling conflicts with current seasons filming and COVID, everyone is just excited they are going through with this”, said The Sun. I'm sure the cast loves hearing that.
Former “housewife” Teddi Mellencamp, won't be a part of the roundup (or will she?), but she got in on the action by posting a bikini shot of her own while vacationing in Mexico. Can Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge’s photos be far behind? After all, Turks & Caicos is Vicki’s stomping ground! Incidentally, I'm not ruling them out.
Real Housewives All-Stars Mash-Up Special is set to air on NBC's streaming service Peacock later this year. Like former RHONY's Bethenny Frankel's new series airing exclusively on HBOMax, they're making us pay for this one too.
