Ramona Hasn't Quite Perfected the B Word Yet

It didn’t take long for the maiden voyage of the “Real Housewives Ultimate Girl’s Trip” trip to hit some serious turbulence. Ramona Singer and Kenya Moore started their Caribbean getaway with a heated argument on a private plane in which Singer called Moore a “bitch.”. Oh Ramona, did you learn nothing from dealing with black(ish) Eboni? In this current climate, a privileged white woman doesn’t call a black woman a female dog.

The insults flew after Moore accused Singer of flirting with another man while she was still married to her now ex-husband, Mario. “I was getting fucking divorced, bitch!” Singer snapped at Moore, to which a shocked Moore responded, “Excuse me?”. “Why are you calling me a bitch, what’s wrong with you?” Moore continued. “That’s unacceptable. What you’re not going to do on this trip is call me a bitch. I don’t know how fucked up you are in New York, but bitch, we’re not going to do this.”.

Singer continued explaining her side of the story, claiming that Moore was “putting words in her mouth.”. Moore later explained in a confessional that being called a bitch by a near (I think she means “mere”) perfect stranger particularly upset her. “RHUGT” co-star Melissa Gorga (and real life friend of Ramona) stepped in before the fight escalated further, and encouraged Singer to apologize to Moore.

“I’m sorry, maybe I’m taking it wrong, and I apologize,” Singer told Moore, which the latter reluctantly accepted. Moore spoke with Page Six, saying, “In the beginning, she just seemed to be very rude. She cursed at me within 30 minutes of meeting her. I’m not going to get along with someone who is just so blatantly disrespectful,” said Moore, then noted that she is “not the girl to be disrespectful with.”. Oh Kenny, spare us the clutching of your pearls on being called "out of your name", and secondly, you haven’t been a “girl” for 30 years ... just saying.

BTW, who is signing up with Peacock … anyone?  I hate that they're making us pay, but I'm not missing this series.
