Overrated circus performer Lizzo honored made a mockery of the late great Tina Turner with a laughable performance that surely tested the structural integrity of the venue at which she was performing.
“There wouldn’t be no rock ‘n’ roll without Tina Turner!” she yelled several times during her Phoenix, Ariz., tour stop. “Today, we lost an icon and I haven’t allowed myself to be sad,” she added. “I haven’t allowed myself to cry. I don’t want to right now because id much rather celebrate the incredible legend Tina Turner is. “As a black girl in a rock band, I would not exist if it were not for the Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll.”
Ann Wilson, Grace Slick, Janis Joplin, Stevie Nicks, and even Cher might disagree, but OK.
