Color Me Skeptical
Alana Honey Boo Boo Thompson arrived at her prom with her hanger-on boyfriend in a horse-drawn carriage. She was wearing a beautiful pink gown for the occasion. Honey Boo Boo The former Toddlers & Tiaras star went to her high school prom with her boyfriend Dralin Carswell, 21.
A very slimmed down Alana, 17, wore a bright pink gown for the occasion and posed for pictures with Dralin and her mother, Mama June. She wore a long pink dress with silver designs, a sparkling silver necklace, and a half up, half down spiral drop curl hairdo. She posed alongside a horse-drawn carriage, which had a pink feather and floral headgear that matched her dress.
Alana shared some of the photos on her Instagram account and thanked the people who helped her with her outfit and makeup. Honey Boo Boo Proms are often seen as a rite of passage for high school students, and Alana seemed to have gone all out for the occasion. Honey Boo Boo
Alana’s loser boyfriend, Dralin Carswell, dressed more casually, wearing a white polo shirt and black pants, along with a Chicago White Sox hat and a shiny watch. Honey Boo Boo Mama June and her husband, Justin Stroud, also posed for pictures with Alana.
Dralin and Alana went “Instagram official” with their relationship in September 2021 after Dralin and one of his thug friends were arrested for a DUI and flee from police the previous March. Alana was in the car with them at the time but was not arrested. Dralin was charged with several counts, including DUI and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, and was released after two days on a $25,000 bond. The prom photos come just over a month after the arrest.
