Erika Jayne Is Putting Death Threats On Blast

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Erika Jayne, is responding to recent death threats that she has received concerning her husband's legal case and her possible involvement.  Fans have now started questioning whether or not the singer had knowledge of her husband's crimes.

As everyone knows by now, Erika's husband, famed lawyer Tom Girardi, has been accused of embezzling millions of dollars (in settlement money) from victims of a plane crash he represented in a lawsuit against Boeing. On the show, Erika says she completely unaware of her husband's actions. However, fans have been a little confused about the different stories she has been telling. In a recent episode, her cast mates began questioning her involvement as well.

The confusion surrounding how much Erika knew, and when she found out, was deepened when news broke that Erika received $25 million from Tom's firm. The new claims say the money was transferred from Tom's firm to EJ Global LLC, of which Erika is the sole owner. On the show, fellow housewife Sutton Stracke brought up the fact that anyone who has an LLC (and most "real housewives" have many) most certainly knows where the money is coming from and the owner is responsible for that money. The papers filed also claimed that Erika is the one who approved the transfer into her LLC; however the Pretty Mess authoress told her cast mates that she had no access to "the books".

The questions surrounding Erika's involvement have taken a dangerous turn, as she is now receiving death threats on social media. According to US Weekly, Erika received two death threats.  The Broadway star posted a screenshot of the threatening post on her feed, circling the death threat. In the caption, she pointed out the threat to those who missed it and asked fans to stop threatening to cause her harm.

A few hours after the initial death threat, Erika shared that these are not the only threats she has received from this person, and then shared screenshots of messages the person sent to her DMs, further threatening her life. The user said Erika should be feeling scared and that, as this season of RHOBH continues, she should become more and more scared. The message ended with the user essentially telling Erika she shouldn't go out in public because she has a target on her back.

Erika's publicist, Jack Ketsoyan, responded to these threats, calling the commenter a coward and claiming they would never be brave enough to say these things to Erika's face rather than from behind a computer screen. He reminded the user that karma will come around to get them in the future and then posted more than a few middle finger emoji.
