Cut and Pasted Story of the Day 4-25-23

Braunwyn Windham-Burke has been awarded child and spousal support payments from ex-beard, Sean Burke, (wait, can men be beards too?), amid their divorce. Seven months after the former Real Housewives of Orange County star, who relocated from Newport Beach to the hills ofTennessee with “wife” Jennifer Spinner last month, filed for divorce from Sean after 23 years of marriage, she’s reached a custody agreement.

In court documents obtained by The U.S. Sun (you know them, that publication who does stories on Elvis and Princess Diana sitings), it was noted that Brawny is allowed to relocate her minor children annoyances, including 9-old twins Cadence and Curry (because she loves Indian food), 8-year-old Koa (because she loves camping), and five-year-old Hazel (because she loves Shirley Booth), to Tennessee and enroll them in a nearby school.

Braunwyn and Sean also share three daughters, 22-year-old Bella, 20-year-old Rowan, and 17-year-old drag queen Jacob, who will continue to live with gay dad, Sean in California.  Although they’ll share joint legal of their minor children, Sean will have the kids 10 days each month and can visit them in Tennessee “as often as he likes.” “Sean will have a room in Braunwyn’s Franklin, TN home, and Brawny will go back and forth to California whenever she needs a photo op with the older kids in college,” a source shared.

According to court documents, Sean, who is still living in the ugly rented house seen on the show,  has been ordered to begin making $11,000 monthly payments ($6,000 per month in child support and $5,000 per month in spousal support) to Braunwyn on May 1. He also has to keep Brawny and their five youngest children on his health insurance plan.  The report went on to say that the payments should continue “until the death of either party, the remarriage of the Petitioner or further order of court,” which means that if Braunwyn and Jennifer, who celebrated an unofficial wedding in February, ever get married, Sean won’t have to pay.

Following her divorce filing in October, Braunwyn requested $10,000 in spousal support, claiming she had just $2,900 in her bank account. “I am unemployed. Except for two years during our nearly 23-year marriage, I have stayed home to care for our seven children,” she explained in her court documents. “I have relied on the Respondent for all financial security since I was 20 years old. I have relied on Respondent to make all financial decisions for 23 years and I have effectively been kept in the dark regarding the true extent of our business interests and assets.”

Earlier this month, after reportedly moving into a $1.7 million rental home with four bedrooms, six bathrooms, and over 7,000 square feet of space, Braunwyn confirmed her move on Instagram. “We did a thing, this California beach girl and this NYC/Berlin city girl are officially in the country,” she announced. “It’s a crazy time to move here, I hope we can help by speaking out about the issues and people we hold closest. I’m so happy to be here with you, this is the story of us, and I’m loving this little sanctuary we’ve created.”
